A primary care provider works with you to identify healthCARE concerns before they turn into serious health problems.

We will make every effort for acute illnesses to be seen as soon as possible.  Examples of acute illnesses are:

· Sore Throat

· Urinary tract infection

· Onsite X-Ray 

We will perform a thorough physical examination, detect any underlying issues, and allow you the opportunity to ask any questions.
