Table Rock Family Medicine & Obstetrics specializes in the prevention and treatment of illness in newborns, infants, children and adolescents.
Pediatric Immunizations:
Prevention is a priority. Unless otherwise instructed by your provider, follow the recommendations below for well child care and immunizations.
Well Child Exams:
A complete well-child exam includes the following:
- A comprehensive physical examination
- A health and developmental history including assessment of both physical and mental health development
- Health education
- Appropriate immunizations according to age
- Laboratory tests as indicated
- Hearing screening
- Vision screening
- Dental screening
